We view our role not only as home inspectors but also as educators. We prefer
our clients be present during the inspection. This allows the client to take an
active part in the inspection of their perspective home. The client then has a better
understanding of the content of their report as well as the opportunity to ask
questions and learn about the basic systems and operation of their new home.
