1 out of 20 homes tested in charleston county return Radon levels above EPA recommended limits. As such, we do
recommend a Radon Screening be performed. Stand alone rate for Radon Screening is $479.00.

**Mold Testing requires prior consultation with the client. Currently the necessity and validity of mold testing is rather
controversial. We feel it is important that our clients are familiar with both the arguments for and against mold testing. While we
see many benefits to mold testing we don't believe it is right for all clients and we don't believe in charging our clients for
services they do not need. Consultation can be completed at time of inspection and no penalties will be incurred for deciding
