cards. We will always use only the most accurate and state-of-the-art equipment available to insure the best inspection
possible. We will always be on the cutting edge and our equipment will never be out of date. When you choose Cardiff
Giant you trust us with the most important investment you will ever make, your home. Whether it is your first home or
a vacation home, you put the safety of your family and your investment in our hands. We take that to heart. Each and
every inspection conducted by Cardiff Giant will always be done without compromise and with the utmost attention to
every detail. We only do things one way- the way we would do an inspection for our family. It is incumbent upon us
uphold the trust you bestow. At Cardiff Giant we are willing to sacrifice profits to insure the quality of our inspections.
We will never overbook and will never crowd our schedules. Our focus is on inspecting your future home not on the
clock or getting to our next inspection. That is why at Cardiff Giant bumper time between inspections is measured in
hours, not minutes. On our schedules, the unexpected is already accounted for.
At Cardiff Giant we are our only competition. Our commitment to providing the absolute best service is upheld in every
single aspect of our business, even the things you will never see. We will always arrive in clean, identified vehicles. Our
inspectors are always in a fresh, clean uniform – we even insist they be ironed. We also respect your time. Our goal is
to never be late for an inspection. That is just another reason we leave such generous space between bookings. Should
we ever be late, even three minutes, we will call you the minute we know. Because we know your time is valuable we
don’t believe there should ever be any reason to reschedule or not complete your inspection and that is why we are
proactive. While we use only the finest equipment, we know even the best equipment can fail- that’s why we believe in
redundancy. Each of our inspectors arrives with a back-up for any piece of equipment that could possible fail during an
inspection. This is a large investment on our part but worth every penny if it saves just one client inconvenience.
What about what you can’t see? Our software for starters, we use the industry’s most advanced inspection program. In
addition to our final hard copies we offer email delivery as well retrieval on the web. We don’t offer these services as an
alternative to hard copy delivery; we offer them solely for your convenience. Hard copies will still be delivered to you.
Should you be an out of town client, your hard copy will be sent to you via FedEx Overnight, free of charge. You also
won’t see most of our computer hardware and network infrastructure, but it’s there, working for you. Our files are PC
compatible but we run the latest Macintosh hardware. Technology is great but it can fail, that’s why we implement
redundancy in our technology as well. Your inspection data is entered on site and then immediately transmitted to our
server. Our MacPro servers run two dual core Intel Xeon “Woodcrest” processors, the same processors you would find
in many of the most demanding server environments and four 750mb hard drives using the high performance RAID
(Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) storage system. What does all this mean to our clients? We’re redundant on
our redundancy Client data is incredibly safe and secure because it is stored in two separate and secure locations.
That means we could experience catastrophic failure of hard drives and client data is still safe insuring reports will
always be delivered on time. Our investment in technology also insures that should a client, at any time in the future,
need a copy of the inspection report it is seconds away instead of miles away in document storage. Even with all of our
technological safeguards we still keep backup hard copies for every inspection.
